{"id":14651,"date":"2024-11-14T21:51:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T00:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportchaco.com.ar\/?p=14651"},"modified":"2024-11-15T09:17:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T12:17:12","slug":"el-consejo-federal-fallo-a-favor-del-deportivo-guiraldes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sportchaco.com.ar\/?p=14651","title":{"rendered":"El Consejo Federal fall\u00f3 a favor del Deportivo G\u00fciraldes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>14-11-2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9468 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportchaco.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Nachec-728x90-2-300x37.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"53\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En la tarde del jueves, el Consejo Federal de F\u00fatbol se expidi\u00f3 sobre la contraprotesta presentada por el Deportivo G\u00fciraldes ante el fallo del Tribunal de Disciplina de la Liga Chaque\u00f1a de F\u00fatbol que lo hab\u00eda marginado de la segunda final del Reducido de la Primera B.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo local, a fines del mes de octubre, dio por perdido el partido al \u00abG\u00fcira\u00bb ante FC Barber\u00e1n por la mala inclusi\u00f3n de Anibal Ojeda (en cancha hab\u00eda sido triunfo del equipo del barrio G\u00fciraldes). Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Pablo Miranda, presidente del club, fue hasta el Consejo Federal para apelar el fallo.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00faltimo termin\u00f3 por darle la raz\u00f3n a Deportivo G\u00fciraldes y ahora es adjudicador de jugar el partido decisivo ante Independiente Tirol siempre y cuando el \u00abtricolor\u00bb no contraproteste en el mismo Tribunal Superior.<\/p>\n<p>Por el momento, la Liga Chaque\u00f1a de F\u00fatbol se mantiene expectante para la programaci\u00f3n del \u00faltimo partido de la temporada de ascenso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA DEPORTIVA CONSEJO FEDERAL:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>EXPEDIENTE N\u00ba 5198 \/24<\/strong><br \/>\nRef.: Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Centro Deportivo G\u00fciraldes (Chaco) s\/ Apelaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong>RESUELVE:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\u00b0) Hacer lugar al Recurso de Apelaci\u00f3n elevado por la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Centro Deportivo G\u00fciraldes, afiliada a<br \/>\nla afiliado a la Liga Chaque\u00f1a de F\u00fatbol, contra la resoluci\u00f3n dictada por el Tribunal de Disciplina de dicha<br \/>\ninstituci\u00f3n en el Expte. 774\/24, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial nro. 33\/2024, el 31\/10\/2024, revocando la<br \/>\nmisma, confirmando el resultado obtenido en cancha: Barber\u00e1n F.C.: 1 (un) gol vs Deportivo G\u00fciraldes: 1 (un)<br \/>\ngol &#8211; ganado este \u00faltimo en la definici\u00f3n por penales- (Arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).<br \/>\n2\u00ba) Disponer el reintegro a la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Centro Deportivo G\u00fciraldes, del importe abonado en concepto de<br \/>\nDerecho de Apelaci\u00f3n (Art. 73 in fine del RGCF).<br \/>\n3\u00b0) Notif\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese y arch\u00edvese (Arts. 41, 42 y 43 del RTP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Foto: F\u00fatbol Criollo<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9467 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportchaco.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Nachec1-300x250-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>14-11-2024 En la tarde del jueves, el Consejo Federal de F\u00fatbol se expidi\u00f3 sobre la contraprotesta presentada por el Deportivo G\u00fciraldes ante el fallo del Tribunal de Disciplina de la Liga Chaque\u00f1a de F\u00fatbol que lo hab\u00eda marginado de la segunda final del Reducido de la Primera B.
