El equipo chaque\u00f1o cerr\u00f3 su primera gira del Clausura de La Liga Argentina de B\u00e1squet con una victoria, la primera como visitante ante el poderoso Independiente BBC de Santiago del Estero y se recuper\u00f3 de sus dos derrotas iniciales. Fue por 73-70 con 19 puntos de Simondi. Ahora volver\u00e1n a verse las caras, pero en Resistencia, el pr\u00f3ximo 29 de enero.<\/p>\n

El partido arranc\u00f3 con visita certera en las ofensivas v\u00eda Simondi para sacar las primeras diferencias. El local mejor\u00f3 en defensa y el primer cuarto cerr\u00f3 con ventaja de cuatro puntos para la Villa San Mart\u00edn (22 a 18).<\/p>\n

El segundo cuarto fue todo del equipo chaque\u00f1o que ten\u00eda mejores transiciones ofensivas y comenz\u00f3 a ampliar su ventaja. Tuvo mucho que ver Mart\u00edn G\u00f3mez con triples y dobles para conseguir un parcial de 22-10 y marcharse al entretiempo arriba por un contundente 44-28.<\/p>\n

El tercer cuarto segu\u00eda con el dominio del equipo de Gast\u00f3n Castro con G\u00f3mez y Simondi como goleadores, Inde ajust\u00f3 defensa y achic\u00f3 la diferencia hasta ponerse a ocho con Mec\u00edas como punta de la lanza ofensiva. El local gan\u00f3 el tercer cuarto por 22-14 y cerr\u00f3 el per\u00edodo abajo 58-50.<\/p>\n

En el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo, el equipo de Juli\u00e1n Pagura subi\u00f3 intensidad en la defensa y trat\u00f3 de ponerse en juego con su capit\u00e1n Cajal. El final lleg\u00f3 con mucha paridad: a falta de 50 segundos, diferencia de un punto favorable a los chaque\u00f1os. Dos libres de Vieta ampliaron a tres con 24 segundos por jugar.\u00a0Lo cerr\u00f3 bien Villa San Mart\u00edn y se qued\u00f3 con un gran triunfo de visitante pro 73-70.<\/p>\n

Estefano Simondi y Mart\u00edn G\u00f3mez fueron los goleadores del ganador con 19 y 15 puntos, respectivamente. Por el lado de Independiente, no alcanzaron las 20 unidades de Mat\u00edas Morera y las 13 de Cajal y Mec\u00edas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
